Swordfish on the Weber Q

Swordfish on our Weber Q
   
         Found some nice sword fish fillets the other day and thought we would give them a try. Could  not find any Tuna.
this is what I found on sale, $9:95 for 2 fillets,
but heck we deserve a nice treat, right?
       Very easy to prepare, Thaw out ,risen and  dry, cover with olive oil, then some sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Preheat out Weber Q 100 for 15 minutes on high. Set the fillets on the grill, 2 minutes, turn 45 degrees for the grill marks , 2 more  minutes . Turn over for about 3 minutes and done, Internal temperature at least 145 F.
not long on the grill,
don;t overcook
this is our Weber Q 100 does an amazing job
quick and easy the taste amazing
almost like a tender steak
